Water Rates:
Residential $30.00 per month
Commercial 1 (light business) $30.00 per month
Commercial 2 May 2023 $150.00 per month, June 2024 $175.00 per month
Commercial 3 May 2023 $200.00 per month, June 2024 $225.00 per month
*Residents will be charged $30 annual fee for filling and maintaining swimming
pools with a water depth of twenty-four inches (24”) or more and/or a diameter of twelve feet (12’) or more.
Sewer Rates:
Residential $40.00 per month
Commercial 1 (Light Business) $40.00 per month
Commercial 2 $150 per month
Commercial 3 $200 per month
Institutional/School $2000 per month
